Salad mixed with leafy greens (iceberg, romaine, etc.), 1 can of tuna, and 1 hard boiled egg white (remove yolk). This meal is jam packed with several vitamins and minerals, around 20 grams of protein, and healthy fat.
Oatmeal mixed with protein powder instead of sugar or sugar substitutes. A meal like this will do wonders for your body internally and externally. Loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and you guessed it, protein!
Grilled chicken breast sandwich with avocado spread on whole grain wheat bread. Mmmm! One of my favorite lunches! This meal contains a great source of fiber and complex carbohydrates which will come from the whole grain wheat bread. It also contains a good source of protein and healthy fat from the chicken breast. Make sure the chicken is skinless chicken. You would take avocado and mash it until it becomes smooth. Then use it as a spread for your sandwich instead of the usual fattening mayo and mustard.
Remember, proper nutrition is most important when it comes to you wanting to burn fat, build muscle, and for complete overall health. If you do the other aspects of living a healthy lifestyle correctly, such as drinking plenty of water daily, getting plenty of sleep every night, eating several small daily, cardio exercise, and weight training exercise, you will experience results like you never thought possible.
