1. The little known exercise - Hindu Squats

This is a great exercise few people really understand or know about. I'm sure you know about bodyweight squats... just squat up and down without any weights. But what you do with hindu squats is this... you squat up and down as fast as you can for a set number or repetitions or a set amount of time.

I recommend that you do 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes. This gets you the results without having to go overboard. It's not an easy exercise, but it's also not hard. Be sure to touch your finger tips to the ground between each rep.

2. Eat 3 apples a day

Yawn! Zzz. Boring! Yeah, I heard it all. But it works. If you refuse to do this simple thing, I don't know what to say. Apples are high in fiber and water content which is why they make the perfect snack... plus you can bring them anywhere. This is a dietary habit that promotes great long term weight loss.

3. Eat at least 1 can of black beans a day

A can of black beans has a lot of protein and fiber... 25 grams of each. The fiber is key in my opinion. It fills you up and makes your digestive system really efficient. A can only costs 50 cents!
